Financial assistance programs are available to uninsured or underinsured patients who meet certain income requirements to help pay for medically necessary hospital services provided by Dignity Health.

Eligibility
- If you are uninsured or underinsured with a family income of up to 250% of the Federal Poverty Level. <br />- If you are uninsured or underinsured with an annual family income between 250-350% of the Federal Poverty level. <br />-Hospital services provided by dignity health. <br />-If you are uninsured or underinsured with an annual family income between 350-500% of the Federal Poverty level.
