Age 65 or older <br />Meet Social Security's definition of a blind or disabled individual <br />Families with children may qualify as long as deprivation exists such as meeting one of the following criteria: <br />Absent parent <br />Incapacitated parent (disabled more than 30 days, but not permanent) <br />Disabled parent <br />Deceased parent <br />Primary wage earner working less than 100 hours or income less than 100% of federal poverty level <br />Children under the age of 21 <br />Pregnant women
