FINANCIAL STABILITY SERVICES
Assists families with readjustment onto the path of financial stability and self-sufficiency by providing direct assistance. Programs include:
- Hope and Home provides one-time rent assistance
- Utility assistance including gas, electric and water (this is now a seasonal program that runs from October through December- funding dependent on availability)
- HEAP (Home Energy Assistance Program) runs all year long
- Rental Assistance (Limited Funding, only for first time assistance) for Undocumented, Veterans, and Disabled (this is now seasonal, October through December)
