HEALTHY START

Has six school based Resource Centers where Students in Transition, Foster Youth and their families received a variety of support services.

Students receive the following services:
- School enrollment (Pre-Kinder-12th),
- Health insurance enrollment,
- CalFresh enrollment,
- Assistance with completing forms,
- Free breakfast & lunch at school,
- Transportation
- In-depth case-management.
- Information & Referrals to medical, dental, counseling, housing, educational programs and food.
