DAVENPORT RESOURCE SERVICE CENTER (DRSC)

DRSC offers a variety of programming including the following:
-Food programs:
weekly distributions and walk-in pantry
-Youth: year-round teen center, referral-based tutorial program, summer recreation
-Families: financial empowerment workshops and case management
-Fire recovery: disaster case management for families and individuals who lost their homes in the CZU lightning complex fires, community outreach and education related to disaster preparedness
-COVID-19: community outreach and education and connection to resources
-Seniors: community engagement and case management
-Immigration Legal Services: consultations, family-based petitions, citizenship, DACA renewal, green card renewal, U-Visa, community education
-General: translation (English and Spanish), outreach events, information and referral, form assistance, Cal-Fresh and Medi-Cal referral, computer and internet access

Operates food distributions of produce and non-perishable food items at 100 locations countywide.


Supplies food to 100 local nonprofits so they don't have to source food themselves
Also provides bilingual nutrition education, Cal AIM healthy food boxes, CalFresh outreach, and application assistance.

Supports clients during Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) events
