TAY (TRANSITION AGE YOUTH) | ENCOMPASS COMMUNITY SERVICES

TAY (TRANSITION AGE YOUTH)

We provide resources and services to empower youth ages 15-24 who have or have had experiences with foster care placement, juvenile justice, homelessness/housing instability, or trauma related to being a victim of a crime. TAY also offers counseling, skills building, a drop-in resource center, and subsidized supportive housing.

SLUG SUPPORT | UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA SANTA CRUZ

SLUG SUPPORT

The UCSC Slug Support Program was created to promote early intervention with students of concern to prevent culminating problems from escalating into a crisis. The goal of the Slug Support Program is to identify students navigating difficult or challenging situations and assist them in resolving their concerns. Slug Support also has emergency food and housing resources for students as well as a financial assistance hardship fund for basic needs. Slug Support serves both undergraduate and graduate UCSC students.
