Established in 1946 to assist veterans, military retirees and their families, we are not employees of the federal government. . Young Adults: Get help to develop skills, search and apply for jobs, network and connect to community resources.
. Dislocated Workers: If you are 18 years or older, access our no-cost services to find a stable job or training for a new career. We can help you figure out what kind of career would be best for you through customized services specific to individuals who have been terminated or laid off, or have received a notice of termination or layoff.
. Veterans: Veterans Career Services are available for unemployed and underemployed veterans and their spouses and include access to training, job search and placement assistance, and other supportive services.
. Training: Workforce Santa Cruz County provides adult (18+) and youth (16-24) job seekers and employees with access to a wide range of programs to improve skills, discover career pathways, participate in training, and so much more. Eligible youth may co-enroll in both youth and adult programs.
