Wraparound is a four to twelve month intensive program that aims to address the mental health needs of youth on probation (ages 12-20) and increase parental capacity and skills to care for and address the mental health needs of their children involved in the justice system. Additionally, Wraparound addresses the unmet needs of family members through linkages to community resources. Services include individual and family counseling in the home, and intensive case management in the home and community settings, and 24-hour crisis response. Also included are linkages/referrals to mental health advocacy groups (NAMI-National Alliance on Mental Illness, MHCAN), medication management, therapeutic groups, parent education and support, peer support, pro-social connections and outpatient substance use treatment.

Services include therapy groups/survivor support groups for women, men, all-genders, parents of survivors and Latina survivors, workshops on Healing the Brain and the Nervous System, Relationships and Connection, Healing and the Body, Compassionate Communication, Creativity, lending library, information and referrals, special events and a safe place for fellowship and peer support. We also provide training, resources, presentations, and outreach to the community around the issue of child sexual abuse and sexual violence. Specialized services are available for child witnesses to domestic violence and survivors of teen dating violence

Legal assistance with temporary restraining orders, court accompaniments, and information and referral (Visa U and VAWA)

Trains volunteers to work with children who have been removed from their homes, declared dependents of the court due to abuse, neglect or abandonment and placed in foster care. Court Appointed Special Advocates work for a judge, alongside attorneys and social workers, as sworn officers of the court to advocate for children. Advocates receive an initial 35 hours of training and volunteer 10-15 hours per month on behalf of one child. The volunteer advocates on behalf of the child until the case is resolved. Serves the Pajaro Valley community with a focus on the Pajaro Valley Unified School District(PVUSD) youth and their families offering counseling, substance abuse (drug, alcohol, and tobacco)prevention and intervention, and conflict resolution. Mental health services, substance use disorder services, prevention services, youth leadership development, family-supporting services. Collaborates with police department, public probation and education department, a community-based gang prevention program (BASTA) to provide prevention curriculum, student gang intervention services, school dropout, teacher in service and parent education in PVUSD schools and community. Encompass' Youth Services Mental Health Counseling program is personalized to meet the individual needs of youth and to enhance the strengths and assets of each family. We provide individual, group, and family counseling for youth and families. Participating in counseling improves family, peer, and community relationships; increases self-confidence and school performance; and reduces drug and alcohol use. Services can be provided in home, in office, virtually via the web, and over the phone.
