Eligibility

-Open to residents of both single-family homes (SCMU account holders) and multi-unit complexes (apartments, mobile home parks, etc., paying via rent, HOA fees, or third-party billing). -Must be income eligible -Must be enrolled in either the PG&E CARE Program or a government assistance programs: Medi-Cal, Cal Fresh, WIC, SSI, CalWorks, or General Assistance.
