Eligibility

Open to men ages 18 and older with a primary diagnosis of a substance use disorder causing significant life impairment or risk of deterioration. Must meet ASAM Criteria for Level 3.1 Clinically Managed Low-Intensity Residential Services. Beneficiaries must have active Medi-Cal coverage and prior authorization from County Behavioral Health (CBH). Must be physically and mentally capable of participating in and benefiting from residential treatment. Must be capable of self-care and operating personal medical devices if applicable (e.g., CPAP, inhaler, wheelchair, glucose meter). Must not present an imminent danger to self or others.
