Application process

Call for an intake. Always taking new clients, average of 2 weeks to initiate services (occasionally longer depending on schedule, language needs, and Medicare services).

Medicare, MediCal (through Central California Alliance for Health), and/or sliding scale (fee assessed based on Gross Monthly Income)
