Eligibility

Open to adults ages 18 and older. Must have active Medi-Cal coverage or be eligible for County Indigent Funding. Must have a diagnosed mental health disorder resulting in significant functional impairment or high risk of deterioration, as determined by a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA). Must be physically and mentally able to participate in and benefit from services. Must be capable of self-care and operating basic personal medical devices. Must not present an imminent danger to self or others.

Referrals to Casa Pacific must be coordinated with the Santa Cruz County Behavioral Health system of care.
