Survivors/victims services: Legal services Legal Services: Legal defense services and referrals to social services agencies and community based organizations for assistance with non-legal social needs related to criminal legal system involvement. Serve victims/survivors who are impacted by the following crimes: Currently charged with a crime, facing a juvenile justice allegation, facing involuntary commitment in conservatorship or contempt proeeding, arrested or cited for criminal offense and seeking early representation, seeking record clearance, or actively supervised on PRCS, probation, or parole and facing a violation. Serve victims/survivors who are: Currently under supervision (probation/parole);Undocumented;Other Unable to afford a defense attorney, no conflicts with other clients, AND one of the following: currently charged with a crime, facing a juvenile justice allegation, facing involuntary commitment in conservatorship or contempt proeeding, arrested or cited for criminal offense and seeking early representation, seeking record clearance, or actively supervised on PRCS, probation, or parole and facing a violation.
