Works in partnership with other community resources to provide housing and case management to support families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Provides housing opportunities and provides participants with referrals to employment, training and educational resources. General wait list for services is currently closed. Only accepting referrals sent by county ETS workers and referrals from Smart Path Community Queue.
