Provides a new collaborative of San Mateo County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS) with recovery support, self-care modeling and community resource information. Services include:
- One- on-one support
- Sharing success strategies and experiences with Peers
- Peer reovery coaching
- Role- modeling mental health and substance use recovery
- Accompanying peers to appointments and advcating , when requested, on their behalf
- Provindg support to family members and supportive individuals
- Providng linkage to community resources such as housing, food, employemnt, and support groups
- WRAP (Wellness Recovery Acrtion Plan) groups and/or individual WRAP plans
