TEEN KITCHEN PROJECT
Teen Kitchen Project is a non-profit organization that provides short-term meal delivery service to Santa Cruz County residents who are experiencing a health-related crisis or emergency.
Meal recipients are referred to the program by healthcare providers, social workers, and nurse navigators based on the clients' needs, current lack of food access, and their ability to prepare meals for themselves. Referral forms can be found on our website.
We partner with youth in the community who volunteer in commercial kitchens preparing and cooking fresh and healthy meals. These meals are then delivered directly to our clients by our adult volunteers.
