CRC cultivates peace in the community by providing tools, training, and a guided process for people in conflict. Our services are affordable, confidential, and available to all.
We offer workshops for youth and parents. Gain skills to prevent conflict from escalating. Increase your sense of self-awareness and how you respond to conflict. Learn tools to recognize your emotions and identify your needs so that you can communicate better.
We offer Parent-Teen or Family Mediation services, as well as conflict resolution coaching. Behavioral & Mental Health Services, Family Workshops, Socio-Emotional Learning, mediation and conflict resolution

COMMUNITY MEDIATION
Helps people resolve the conflict between family, neighbors, housemates, homeowner associations and more
RESTORATIVE JUSTICE
Offers victim-offender dialogues, victim-awareness classes, neighborhood courts, parent-teen mediations, re-entry mediations with justice-involved persons, and transformative justice of certain domestic violence cases.
HOUSING (aka Landlord/Tenant) MEDIATION
Facilitates efficient and free landlord/tenant resolution including pre and post court filing. Issues addressed are evictions, security deposits, rent payments, and much more
SMALL CLAIMS COURT MEDIATION
Mediates small claims cases at the court or mediates cases before they get to court
TRAINING
Presents custom and public training on de-escalation, conflict management and resolution, mediation & communication skills
WORKPLACE MEDIATION AND TRAINING
Promotes respectful communication and cooperative problem solving in the workplace
SCHOOL-BASED PROGRAMS
Encourages positive discipline and respectful school climate, through restorative practices and conflict resolution education
