Survivors/victims services: Legal Services
Legal services: Information about Police and Investigation services, Restraining Orders, information about the mechanics of court proceedings, information and assistance with criminal restitution process, Record clearance information to support obtaining victims services

Serve victims/survivors who are: Currently under supervision (probation/parole);Experiencing Homelessness; Immigrant/refugees/asylum seekers; LGBTQ+; Undocumented; Veteran; Victim with disabilities: Cognitive/physical/mental; Victim with limited English proficiency

Provides free legal information to assist self represented individuals with a variety of basic legal issues including

  • family law
  • civil contracts
  • collections
  • small claims
  • restraining orders
  • guardianship
  • name change
  • gender change
  • emancipations
  • landlord tenant
  • and conservatorship.
We also provide community and legal referrals and resources. The Self Help Center includes the services of the Family Law Facilitator and the Small Claims Advisor.
