Call the 24/7 Abuse Reporting Hotline to report suspected elder or dependent adult abuse and/or neglect, fill out online reporting form

Provides 24/7 hotline to report elder or dependent adult abuse. Receives and investigates reports of abuse or neglect related to seniors (age 60 and older) or dependent adults (age 18-59 including self-neglect. Based on assessment, staff develop a plan to protect the rights, interests, safety, and welfare of client.

Provides safety and protection for adults who are experiencing or are at risk of:

- Physical injury

  • Sexual abuse
  • Poor nutrition
  • Dehydration
  • Untreated medical conditions
  • Misuse of medicines
  • Abandonment or general neglect
