SYRINGE SERVICES PROGRAM

Offers free supplies and services to injection drug users, including

  • exchange of syringes
  • HIV/HCV testing and prevention education
  • referrals and linkages to treatment
  • resources for primary care
  • mental health and substance abuse services
  • sharps containers and education on proper disposal of syringes
  • 24/7 kiosks for sharp disposals
  • Naloxone distribution
  • harm reduction and safe sex supplies

Santa Cruz Location: Monday- 8am-12noon, Tuesday-5-7pm, and Friday 8am-12noon Watsonville Location:Monday- 3:45-4:45pm, Tuesday- 10:30-11:30am, Wednesday-10:30am-11:30am and 3:45pm-4:45pm, Thursday- 3:45pm-4:45pm
