Pregnancy Access and Education provides pregnant women information, referrals and coordination to access early and comprehensive prenatal care. Also provides assistance in accessing prenatal care to pregnant women with substance use and /or mental health concerns.

Pregnancy Access and Education - a pregnant woman <br />Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP)-Expecting to deliver and parent for the first time. <br />Less than 28 weeks pregnant. Have a low to moderate income and eligible for Medi-Cal or Emergency Medi-Cal. Living in Santa Cruz County. <br /> <br />None for other services
