Encompass' Youth Services Mental Health Counseling program is personalized to meet the individual needs of youth and to enhance the strengths and assets of each family. We provide individual, group, and family counseling for youth and families. Participating in counseling improves family, peer, and community relationships; increases self-confidence and school performance; and reduces drug and alcohol use. Services can be provided in home, in office, virtually via the web, and over the phone.

Provides Substance Use Disorder Treatment including individual, group and family counseling. Offers strategies to resolve legal, social, and family issues stemming from alcohol and drug abuse including:

• Individual and group chemical dependency counseling

SOBER LIVING ENVIRONMENTS WEEKS HOUSE Description: Located just outside of Downtown Santa Cruz, CA, this 8-bed, all male facility provides a healthy balance of independence and support. The location provides easy access to public transportation and is in the heart of West Side Santa Cruz, which is bustling with activities and local businesses. At Weeks SLE, residents are encouraged to practice healthy relationships, accountability and responsibility. Active participation in some form of recovery program is required for residents, as well as attending regular house meetings and community chores. Located near busy Mission Street in Santa Cruz's beautiful Residential West Side, residents will have access to many local eateries, businesses, activities and job opportunities. Residents are encouraged to live independently in this supportive, community based setting. Residents are encouraged to develop and practice life skills and relationship building. In this supported environment, residents are able to develop a stronger sense of accountability, responsibility and community to further their recovery. The multi-story home sits on a large wooded lot, in a quiet and serene setting. Freedom House is located far away from the hustle and bustle of Santa Cruz, with convenient public transportation access. At Freedom house, clients receive the benefits of community support from recovery peers as well as bilingual house management. Residents build community connections by attending weekly house meetings where rules and policies are frequently reviewed and assessed which helps to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents. Pregnancy Resource Center of Santa Cruz offers no-cost and low-cost services to women in need of pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, prenatal care, well-woman care, std testing & treatment and counseling services. Material assistance such as diapers, baby clothes and baby furniture are available to clients. We accept Medi-Cal. Spanish speaking counseling is available on certain days.

We build homeownership housing in partnership with volunteers on the job site and future homeowners with the assistance of local donors and gifts of building materials and professional labor. All homes built by Habitat remain affordable forever. If a Habitat homeowner moves, we buy the home back at a principal price and resell to a new qualifying family. We have been building affordable homes since 1989 and will continue to serve Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties for the foreseeable future. We also have built ADU's to help seniors age in place and done rehab/repair projects for the families we serve.

USDA: This program is designed to provide affordable housing to households who earn a substantial portion of their income as farm laborers and who either are citizens of the United States or reside in the United States after being legally admitted for permanent residence. The waiting list for this program is closed.

Jvenes SANOS is a youth advocacy and leadership program based in Watsonville, California. Jvenes SANOS strives to empower, educate, and raise awareness about youth mental health within the community. Jvenes SANOS works to build an environment that embraces a culture of health and wellness by cultivating peer-to-peer conversations regarding mental wellness and promoting hope, resiliency and healing. Members meet weekly to

Processes claims for all Social Security programs. Provides continuing income to workers and their families in the case of retirement, disability or death. Accepts applications for Medicare. Individuals in need of cash and who are age 65 or over or who are blind or disabled, including blind and disabled children, may apply for Supplemental Security Income (SSI). Accepts applications for original and duplicate Social Security cards. The Teleservice Center provides information about eligibility and the documents which must be submitted with the application.
