Restaurant Meals Program CalFresh EBT cards accepted at various locations participating in the Restaurant Meals Program. CalFresh eligible recipients are able to buy prepared meals at participating restaurant vendors. CalFresh recipients experiencing homelessness, with a disability, or age 60 and older eligible.

Provides 24/7 hotline to report elder or dependent adult abuse. Receives and investigates reports of abuse or neglect related to seniors (age 60 and older) or dependent adults (age 18-59 including self-neglect. Based on assessment, staff develop a plan to protect the rights, interests, safety, and welfare of client.
