Administers Housing Choice Voucher and Project Based Voucher programs for income eligible households. Housing Choice Voucher program subsidizes part of the total rent. Housing Choice Voucher applicants are responsible for housing search and selection. Project Based Voucher program subsidizes a portion of rent at designated properties.
Mission Center
Provides credit and non-credit day and evening classes at the newly renovated campus offering. Course offerings vary by term. Certificate programs and classes include Citizenship, ESL, Literacy (English-Spanish), Graphic Communications/Printing, GED Preparation in English and Spanish. On-site personal, vocational and academic counseling is provided.

Keep People Housed Solano
Provides eligible households with flexible financial assistance to pay rent, utilities, security deposits, or moving costs, as well as legal referrals and other services to prevent Solano County residents from becoming homeless.

Only applicants at highest risk of homelessness or housing loss will advance to the next stage of the process. If you are selected to receive assistance, please be aware that the program may not be able to cover all expenses that you owe.
Due to high call volume, mailbox is often full. Email is best option for contacting the program. There is a low-response rate from the agency - clients that are not selected may not hear back.
