The CalFresh Healthy Living program provides nutrition and fitness education for youth and parents/adults, in schools and community organizations. We convene community partners with a focus on south county to address healthy eating and active living through changes in policies, systems and environments. Current work addresses food insecurity (FoodRx), access to parks (ParksRx), and parent education.. Physical Health/Nutrition Education. Stress Busters: Mental Health and Balanced Nutrition
