Provides occupational and physical therapy to children (birth to 21) with certain physical conditions or diseases. These are physical problems that affect the child's ability to control the movements of the body. Examples include cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy or congenital orthopedic abnormalities. The therapy services are offered at two Medical Therapy Units (MTU) which are based at Duncan Holbert School in Watsonville and a Santa Cruz location. All services are provided free to families whose child has a medically eligible condition or disease.

• Physical exams, certified immigration & naturalization exams, INS, school physicals,
• pre-employment)
• Women's healthcare including: PAPs, breast exams
• Birth control services including vasectomy, and Depo-provera injections
• In-office minor surgical procedures
• Alcohol and drug addiction detoxification and rehabilitation
• Weight loss programs
• On-call coverage: 24 hours a day - 7 days a week for all our patients at the clinic and hospitals.

Primary care services include testing, treatment, and preventive care, care for long-term illnesses, and health promotion and health maintenance. Following CDC and Public Health Guidelines: clinics at school health centers are temporarily closed.
