Provides a sub-acute withdrawal management program that offers closely supervised, 24-hour residential care in a comfortable, safe environment. Withdrawal management is offered as a stand-alone program, but most people transition to another of Janus' Recovery Programs when they are finished with the process.

Youth Services: ACADEMIC SUPPORT, CAREER EXPLORATION AND DEVELOPMENT, HEALTH & WELLNESS, SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL SUPPORT, YOUTH LEADERSHIP

Provides comprehensive, strengths-based, culturally and linguistically appropriate behavioral health services for Medi-Cal eligible children and youth who have moderate to severe behavioral health needs.

Services include assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy (individual, family), case management, and psychiatric care (evaluation and medication management). Services delivered at County behavioral health clinic locations, community, or home-based settings, as clinically appropriate.

The Access Team provides 24-hour confidential crisis intervention and referral services (800-952-2335).

Provides substance use disorder prevention, early intervention, and treatment services across the continuum of care.

Youth Services: CAREER EXPLORATION AND DEVELOPMENT, HEALTH & WELLNESS, SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL SUPPORT, YOUTH LEADERSHIP

Provides affordable psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Services are provided by Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists and Master's level Interns and Trainees who are under the supervision of a licensed therapist.

The Lotus Collaborative Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for eating disorder recovery offers clients 3 hours of support 4-7 days a week. Treatment days of our IOP include group therapy, nutrition education, and one supervised meal or snack. Clients receive weekly individual therapy with a Lotus primary therapist and dietary sessions with a registered dietitian. Our IOP programming offers a variety of scheduling options including an evening Professional Track for those maintaining a busy work, school or family schedule.

Provides professional counseling for parents and families. Offers parenting classes and individual and family therapy to work towards reunification when possible and prevent and treat child abuse. Provides counseling services for children who have medi-cal and a mental health diagnosis.

The counseling program collaborates with master's level associate and licensed clinicians to offer cost-free counseling and advocacy to young people, families, and individuals. Our services focus on fostering healthy coping mechanisms, stress management techniques, and addressing any other related concerns. Serving Santa Cruz county with offices in Watsonville, Live Oak, Santa Cruz, and Felton.

We offer one-day public workshops on Communication and Conflict Resolution Skills to learn how to handle conflict effectively and reach win-win solutions. We provide resources and services to empower youth ages 15-24 who have or have had experiences with foster care placement, juvenile justice, homelessness/housing instability, or trauma related to being a victim of a crime. TAY also offers counseling, skills building, a drop-in resource center, and subsidized supportive housing.

Treatment Focus: Helping individuals step down from locked care
El Dorado Center (EDC) is a community-based, short-term treatment program for individuals who may be stepping down from locked care. An intensive, structured residential program, EDC is an unlocked, home-like environment facilitating the healing process in preparation for transitioning back to community living. Our staff provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, structured activities, community outings, and assistance with independent living skills and connecting to the community. A registered nurse is on staff and a County psychiatrist is available for medication monitoring and management.

Provides home-based services to families living throughout Santa Cruz County including case management, housing navigation, and rental assistance. Case-manager serves families in need of housing.
