YOUTH HOMELESS RESPONSE TEAM

Identify and connect unaccompanied homeless and at-risk youth and young adults (ages 15-24) to the individualized services they need to thrive, including Coordinated Entry, referrals, and individualized plans and case management to achieve housing, education, and/or employment support network goals.

CAREER CENTER

Operates a career center where people can have access to computers, fax, copy machines, online job banks, job posting boards, job search assistance, resume assistance, job fairs, computer and typing testing and certification, referrals and information on local resources. Vocational rehabilitation service is described separately.

SERVICES FOR CHILDREN & YOUTH

Offers a range of services for youth including skills workshops, healthy relationships, domestic violence, teen dating violence, gender identity, and body image. Provides one on one mentoring, teen support groups, and homework group.

Youth mentoring over the phone (ages 12-17); please call our main office at (831) 426-3062 to leave a message for your youth advocate or to ask about this service.
Food bag program for people already participating in our Early Education Center, Housing & Employment, Services for Children & Youth or Services for Survivors of Domestic Violence programs

Our Early Education teachers are staying in contact with parents and offering home learning support as needed.

TAY (TRANSITION AGE YOUTH) | ENCOMPASS COMMUNITY SERVICES

TAY (TRANSITION AGE YOUTH)

We provide resources and services to empower youth ages 15-24 who have or have had experiences with foster care placement, juvenile justice, homelessness/housing instability, or trauma related to being a victim of a crime. TAY also offers counseling, skills building, a drop-in resource center, and subsidized supportive housing.
