USDA: This program is designed to provide affordable housing to households who earn a substantial portion of their income as farm laborers and who either are citizens of the United States or reside in the United States after being legally admitted for permanent residence. ADULT JUSTICE INVOLVED THERAPY AND CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES - ENCOMPASS RETURN PROJECT
The ReTURN program provides therapy and mental health services for AB109 eligible probation clients who are adjusting to life after serving a jail or prison term. ReTURN helps clients gain pro-social skills, repair relationships, and attain and maintain sobriety.
Our mission is to provide comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments, individual and family cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, and system navigation management to assist clients in transitioning from incarceration back into the community.

SANTA CRUZ MUNICIPAL UTILITIES (SCMU)
The Multi-Family Utility Customer Assistance Program (UCAP) is designed to
assist financially struggling households that live in multi-family apartment
complexes. Households that live in large housing complexes usually pay their
water, wastewater, and/or refuse costs to their landlords or property managers via
rent, a 3rd party bill, or via HOA fees. This Multi-Family UCAP provides a onetime
utility assistance check to help struggling households afford their SCMU
utility service fees/costs. In order to apply, income-qualifying households must
live within SCMU's service area (generally Santa Cruz and Live Oak).

Services include therapy groups/survivor support groups for women, men, all-genders, parents of survivors and Latina survivors, workshops on Healing the Brain and the Nervous System, Relationships and Connection, Healing and the Body, Compassionate Communication, Creativity, lending library, information and referrals, special events and a safe place for fellowship and peer support. We also provide training, resources, presentations, and outreach to the community around the issue of child sexual abuse and sexual violence. We provide free legal services to low and moderate income California residents statewide. Estate planning and probate legal services are on a sliding scale. We also provide legal rights workshops and engage in policy work. From student loan debt legal rights of consumers to mortgage and tenants' rights problems and beyond, HERA can provide the legal assistance you need.
SUPPORT GROUPS
All-volunteer organization providing peer support for parents and their loved ones who are grieving the loss of a baby before, during or after birth. Offers in-person and virtual grief support group meetings for pregnancy and infant loss, and specialized virtual support groups: Early Pregnancy Loss, Parenting After Loss, Subsequent Pregnancy. Also offers one-on-one peer support, information and resources, presentations for healthcare providers, and limited financial assistance to help eligible families with funeral expenses.
HEALTHY MEAL DELIVERY PROGRAM
Teen Kitchen Project engages youth ages 14-18 as employees and volunteers in our healthy meal delivery program. Together with adult professional chefs, teens prepare dietitian approved meals that are delivered throughout Santa Cruz county.
