Legal Services: Legal defense services and referrals to social services agencies and community based organizations for assistance with non-legal social needs related to criminal legal system involvement.

Serve victims/survivors who are impacted by the following crimes: Currently charged with a crime, facing a juvenile justice allegation, facing involuntary commitment in conservatorship or contempt proeeding, arrested or cited for criminal offense and seeking early representation, seeking record clearance, or actively supervised on PRCS, probation, or parole and facing a violation.

Serve victims/survivors who are: Currently under supervision (probation/parole);Undocumented;Other
Unable to afford a defense attorney, no conflicts with other clients, AND one of the following: currently charged with a crime, facing a juvenile justice allegation, facing involuntary commitment in conservatorship or contempt proeeding, arrested or cited for criminal offense and seeking early representation, seeking record clearance, or actively supervised on PRCS, probation, or parole and facing a violation.

Victims/survivors services: Advocate, Legal services, Child Care/Transportation to attend services or court proceedings.
Legal Services: Help preparing Victim impact statements, information about the mechanics of court proceedings, Court accompaniment services, Support understanding in criminal justice processes, Filing police reports, Support with gathering & providing relevant documentation.
Financial Services: Victim Compensation (VOCA), Financial restitution, Support with funeral expenses.

Provides following services for victims of domestic violence, sexual abuse, or human trafficking:

• Crisis counseling, including one-on-one sessions
• Referrals and information about domestic violence or sexual assault
• Assist the caller in developing a safety plan
• Provide emergency response for survivors of domestic violence or sexual assault
• Accompaniment to an evidence examination if appropriate

Investigates sudden, unexplained, violent, and unnatural deaths to determine cause and manner of death.

Survivors/victims services: Advocate, Case Manager, System Navigator, Financial, Education Services (On-Campus Supports - Adult School), Substance Use Resources, Shelter/Protective Care, Mental Health Services, Medical Services.

Legal services: Court accompaniment services, Record clearance to support obtaining victims services

Financial services: Victim Compensation (VOCA)

Education services: Support with GED/High School Equivalency

Serve victims/survivors who are impacted by the following crimes: Human trafficking: sex
Serve victims/survivors who are: Currently under supervision (probation/parole);Experiencing Homelessness;Immigrant/refugees/asylum seekers;Undocumented;Veteran;Victim with disabilities: Cognitive/physical/mental;Victim with limited English proficiency

Provides following services for victims of domestic violence, sexual abuse, or human trafficking:

Financial Services: If a survivor is in our Housing Program, we provide credit re-establishment services. We also occasionally offer Financial Literacy courses.
Education Services: If invited to a classroom, we provide workshops on healthy relationships as part of our prevention work to end intrfamilial cycles of violence.
