Legal Services: Legal defense services and referrals to social services agencies and community based organizations for assistance with non-legal social needs related to criminal legal system involvement.

Serve victims/survivors who are impacted by the following crimes: Currently charged with a crime, facing a juvenile justice allegation, facing involuntary commitment in conservatorship or contempt proeeding, arrested or cited for criminal offense and seeking early representation, seeking record clearance, or actively supervised on PRCS, probation, or parole and facing a violation.

Serve victims/survivors who are: Currently under supervision (probation/parole);Undocumented;Other
Unable to afford a defense attorney, no conflicts with other clients, AND one of the following: currently charged with a crime, facing a juvenile justice allegation, facing involuntary commitment in conservatorship or contempt proeeding, arrested or cited for criminal offense and seeking early representation, seeking record clearance, or actively supervised on PRCS, probation, or parole and facing a violation.

Services include assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy (individual, family), case management, and psychiatric care (evaluation and medication management). Services delivered at County behavioral health clinic locations, community, or home-based settings, as clinically appropriate.

The Access Team provides 24-hour confidential crisis intervention and referral services (800-952-2335).

Provides substance use disorder prevention, early intervention, and treatment services across the continuum of care.

The Access Team provides 24-hour confidential crisis intervention and referral services for mental health clients. Offers crisis intervention, and appropriate referrals.

Financial Services: If a survivor is in our Housing Program, we provide credit re-establishment services. We also occasionally offer Financial Literacy courses.
Education Services: If invited to a classroom, we provide workshops on healthy relationships as part of our prevention work to end intrfamilial cycles of violence.
