Provides a new collaborative of San Mateo County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS) with recovery support, self-care modeling and community resource information. Services include:

• One- on-one support
• Sharing success strategies and experiences with Peers
• Peer reovery coaching
• Role- modeling mental health and substance use recovery
• Accompanying peers to appointments and advcating , when requested, on their behalf
• Provindg support to family members and supportive individuals
• Providng linkage to community resources such as housing, food, employemnt, and support groups
• WRAP (Wellness Recovery Acrtion Plan) groups and/or individual WRAP plans
