AFFORDABLE HOME OWNERSHIP - AFFORDABLE HOUSING
Provides affordable homeownership opportunities, home rehabilitation, and accessory dwelling unit (ADU) construction services. Builds homes in partnership with community volunteers and future homeowners using donated materials and professional labor to establish permanently affordable housing. Resells properties to qualifying families at a principal price to maintain long-term regional affordability.

ADULT PROTECTIVE SERVICES (APS)
Provides 24/7 hotline to report elder or dependent adult abuse. Receives and investigates reports of abuse or neglect related to seniors (age 60 and older) or dependent adults (age 18-59 including self-neglect. Based on assessment, staff develop a plan to protect the rights, interests, safety, and welfare of client.
Provides safety and protection for adults who are experiencing or are at risk of:
- Physical injury
- Sexual abuse
- Poor nutrition
- Dehydration
- Untreated medical conditions
- Misuse of medicines
- Abandonment or general neglect
WOMEN, INFANTS AND CHILDREN
Provides supplemental nutrition, health screenings, breastfeeding support, and nutrition education for low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, infants, and children. Connects families to healthcare services, immunizations, and community resources.
EVICTION PROTECTION HELPLINE
Provides a helpline that offers legal information, resource connections, and guidance regarding evictions. Assists individuals facing threats of eviction, notices to pay or quit, or Unlawful Detainer legal proceedings.
SANTA CRUZ COUNTY IMMIGRATION PROJECT
Provides comprehensive immigration legal services, consultations, and community advocacy. Assists with naturalization, citizenship applications, green cards, DACA renewals, work permits, and visa petitions. Offers specialized legal support for crime victims, human trafficking survivors, and juveniles.
DAVENPORT RESOURCE SERVICE CENTER
Provides emergency and prevention support services for culturally diverse and low-income populations. Administers a food pantry, youth recreation and tutoring center, financial workshops, disaster case management, senior engagement, and immigration legal assistance. Offers bilingual translation, application assistance, public internet access, and information.
MEDI-CAL ENROLLMENT AND RENEWAL SUPPORT
Provides screening and enrollment assistance to community members seeking Medi-Cal coverage. Assists participants with understanding eligibility requirements, completing applications, and updating case information. Supports current Medi-Cal enrollees with renewal and understanding recent and future changes to Medi-Cal eligibility.
Offers labor rights education and connects individuals to county and community resources.
GENERAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Provides financial assistance in the form of a loan to low- or no-income adults to meet basic needs for housing, utilities, personal items, and transportation. Offers supportive aid to unemployed individuals, disabled individuals awaiting Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefit awards, and individuals experiencing homelessness.

CALAIM COMMUNITY SUPPORTS - PROJECT FOODBOX
Provides the following CalAIM Community Support Services:
- Medically Tailored Meals - Provides deliveries of nutritious, prepared meals and healthy groceries to support the member's health needs. Members also receive vouchers for healthy food and/or nutrition education.
MEALS ON WHEELS
Provides home-delivered meals and congregate dining services across 5 sites for older adults and individuals with disabilities. Delivers regular nutrition support and maintains service continuity for participants during Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) events.
COUNSELING PROGRAM
Provides counseling and advocacy services to youth, families, and individuals. Helps participants develop healthy coping mechanisms and stress management techniques.

WOMEN'S HEALTH AND PRENATAL CARE
Provides specialized reproductive health, obstetrical, and gynecological services for women. Services include comprehensive prenatal care, pregnancy testing, childbirth support, postpartum follow-up, family planning assistance, and routine gynecological examinations to support maternal and infant wellness. Provides free breast and cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services.
PEDIATRIC MEDICAL CARE
Provides specialized comprehensive primary healthcare services tailored for infants, children, and adolescents. Services include well-child checkups, childhood immunizations, sports physical examinations, developmental screenings, and pediatric laboratory testing.
DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S VICTIM/WITNESS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Provides emotional, financial, and informational support to crime victims and witnesses through staff and trained volunteers. Advocacy services include crisis intervention, court support, compensation assistance, and guidance through the criminal justice system. Eligible victims may also receive financial assistance for expenses such as medical care, counseling, lost wages, funeral costs, and crime scene cleanup
