FAMILY HEALTH PROGRAMS- HOME VISITING PROGRAMS
- Public Health Field Nursing A voluntary home visiting program with a Public Health Nurse to support families during pregnancy and with children up to 5 years old. The program provides strength-based case management, assists families with accessing resources, and provides health and parenting education.
- Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) An evidence-based home visiting program that pairs first time expectant parents with a specially trained nurse. The program begins during pregnancy and provides support, education, and resources to families until their child turns 2 years old. Nurses also check in with the parent regarding their health and wellness and their child's growth and development.
- Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP)CPSP is a statewide program that provides enhanced reimbursement for a wide range of services to Medi-Cal eligible pregnant and postpartum women.
- Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) ProgramPublic Health Nurses in Santa Cruz County provide bereavement support, information, resources, and follow-up services to assist families and caregivers who have experienced the loss of an infant from SIDS or Sudden Unexpected Infant Death (SUID).

YOUTH SERVICES MENTAL HEALTH
Encompass' Youth Services Mental Health Counseling program is personalized to meet the individual needs of youth and to enhance the strengths and assets of each family. We provide individual, group, and family counseling for youth and families. Participating in counseling improves family, peer, and community relationships; increases self-confidence and school performance; and reduces drug and alcohol use. Services can be provided in home, in office, virtually via the web, and over the phone.

SURVIVORS HEALING CENTER
Services include therapy groups/survivor support groups for women, men, all-genders, parents of survivors and Latina survivors, workshops on Healing the Brain and the Nervous System, Relationships and Connection, Healing and the Body, Compassionate Communication, Creativity, lending library, information and referrals, special events and a safe place for fellowship and peer support. We also provide training, resources, presentations, and outreach to the community around the issue of child sexual abuse and sexual violence. Monterey Bay Horsemanship and Therapeutic Center serves many participants with special needs every day. We offer horseback riding lessons, summer camp programs for children, programs for Autistic children and young adults and offer services for children with other special needs.
