Provides a faith-based residential discipleship and recovery program for women experiencing substance use disorders and life-controlling challenges. Offers spiritual guidance, personal development, character building, and supportive recovery services.
HOMELESSNESS CONNECTION SERVICES
Provides an online screening and intake request process to link households to available housing supports and community resources. Reviews individual situations to deliver tailored resource recommendations and direct referrals to Coordinated Entry Connectors when available.
HOMELESS PERSONS HEALTH PROJECT
Provides comprehensive case management, community resource navigation, and information and referrals for individuals experiencing homelessness. Offers health screenings, HIV testing, substance use disorder counseling, and health education services. Supplies basic needs assistance, including hygiene products and pet food.

FOSTER CARE AND ADOPTION SERVICES
Places children who are unable to live safely with their birth family into permanent homes. Recruits and screens prospective adoptive parents, finalize adoptions, provide post-adoption services and provide services to birth parents who choose to voluntarily relinquish their parental rights.
Provides foster parent recruitment, licensing of relative caregiver and foster family homes, training and support for relative caregivers and foster families and enforcement of foster care regulations.
CALFRESH
Provides financial assistance for eligible residents to purchase healthy and nutritious foods. Benefits are issued monthly on an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card. The card is used as a debit card to purchase food at participating retailers. Emergency CalFresh may be available within three days in certain circumstances. Please ask representative about qualifications for Emergency CalFresh.
