HOMELESS SERVICES
In the Monterey/San Benito Counties Continuum of Care (CoC), the system is referred to as the Coordinated Assessment and Referral System (CARS).
In addition to a CARS assessment, and if you meet the program requirements, CCCIL can provide Housing Services through our HHAP Program (Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention). CCCIL's HHAP Program provides Rapid Re-Housing (RRH)) services to Monterey and San Benito County Residents. HHAP services are intended to help eligible participants who are literally homeless and collaborate with the applicant to obtain permanent housing; and achieve housing stability.

SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION
Processes claims for all Social Security programs. Provides continuing income to workers and their families in the case of retirement, disability or death. Accepts applications for Medicare. Individuals in need of cash and who are age 65 or over or who are blind or disabled, including blind and disabled children, may apply for Supplemental Security Income (SSI). Accepts applications for original and duplicate Social Security cards. The Teleservice Center provides information about eligibility and the documents which must be submitted with the application.

TRANSITION AGE YOUTH
The Family & Children's Services Child Protective Services (CPS) provides protection for children who are at risk of or are victims of physical, sexual, or emotional abuse, or emotional or physical neglect, with a focus on the safety of the child and support for parents to strengthen families and promote safe nurturing homes for children. We screen for and investigate reports of abuse, neglect, or harm, assess for safety and risk, and provides families with referrals to community resources. We also provide supportive services to children and families in their homes, provide out-of-home placement and permanency planning when necessary, and provide services to help foster youth transition into adulthood. Child protective services also provides educational workshops and trainings on identifying and preventing commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC), and how to engage/work with CSEC. CRC cultivates peace in the community by providing tools, training, and a guided process for people in conflict. Our services are affordable, confidential, and available to all. We offer workshops for youth and parents. Gain skills to prevent conflict from escalating. Increase your sense of self-awareness and how you respond to conflict. Learn tools to recognize your emotions and identify your needs so that you can communicate better. We offer Parent-Teen or Family Mediation services, as well as conflict resolution coaching. SER'S FARMWORKER JOBS PROGRAM
CHILD AND ADOLESCENT BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES
Provides comprehensive, strengths-based, culturally and linguistically appropriate behavioral health services for Medi-Cal eligible children and youth who have moderate to severe behavioral health needs.
Services include assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy (individual, family), case management, and psychiatric care (evaluation and medication management). Services delivered at County behavioral health clinic locations, community, or home-based settings, as clinically appropriate.
The Access Team provides 24-hour confidential crisis intervention and referral services (800-952-2335).
Provides substance use disorder prevention, early intervention, and treatment services across the continuum of care.

HEALTHY FOOD BOX PROGRAM
The Healthy Food Box program at Second Harvest Food Bank will provide a box of nutritious food that's tailored to chronic condition for twelve weeks along with three nutritional counseling sessions. The food box will include healthy recipes, educational materials and other resources to help you thrive.

YOUR FUTURE IS OUR BUSINESS
We provide work-based learning opportunities like expos, panels, guest speakers and more to elementary, middle, and high school students as well as internships for post-secondary students. Students get to explore a variety of career options and interact with professionals currently working in the industry. We provide real-world exposure and connect youth to adults who can assist youth with finding their path. Nothing is more valuable than hands-on experience.

EATING DISORDERS PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION PROGRAM (PHP)
The Lotus Collaborative Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for eating disorder recovery offers clients 5-6 hours of support, 5-7 days a week. Treatment days of our PHP include group therapy, nutrition education, a weekly nutrition experiential, two supervised meals and one supervised snack. Clients receive two weekly individual therapy sessions, weekly individual dietary sessions with a registered dietitian as well as a weekly psychiatry session as clinically indicated.
