Manages drop in center with shower and laundry facilities for people experiencing homelessness. Serves prepared lunch. Note: the showers are not wheelchair accessible.

Assesses eligibility and coordinates personal care, estate management, and protective services to secure stable living conditions and mitigate fraud or undue influence.

Provides preparation of city council agenda packets and meeting minutes. Offers access to city records and information for public inquiries.

Manages youth center programs, activities, and events. Provides sports and recreational activities. Offers homework tutoring and academic counseling. Provides career mentorship, job shadowing, and summer internships. Offers in house mental health therapy services.

Provides daily snacks and Wednesday suppers for participating students.

Provides welcome home baskets for people moving into housing. When funding is available, mattresses and bed frames may also be provided. Wings accepts refferals from partner agencies.

Provides in-person and virtual mental health education courses for English and Spanish speaking community members, individuals living with mental health conditions, and their families. Services include:

-Peer-to-Peer/De Persona a Persona: 8 week educational program for adults (ages 18 and older) with mental health conditions who are looking to better understand themselves and their recovery. Offered in English and Spanish.

-Family-to-Family/De Familia a Familia: 8 week educational program for family, significant others and friends of people with mental health conditions. Offered in English and Spanish.

-NAMI Basics: 6 week education program for parents, caregivers and other family who provide care for youth (ages 22 and younger) who are experiencing mental health symptoms. Offered in English and Spanish.

-Provider Education: 15 hour interactive training for mental health professionals on collaborative treatment models, psychiatric recovery stages, and coping strategies.
