• Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP)CPSP is a statewide program that provides enhanced reimbursement for a wide range of services to Medi-Cal eligible pregnant and postpartum women.
• Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) ProgramPublic Health Nurses in Santa Cruz County provide bereavement support, information, resources, and follow-up services to assist families and caregivers who have experienced the loss of an infant from SIDS or Sudden Unexpected Infant Death (SUID).

Provides establishment and enforcement of child support and medical support orders. Assists with parentage establishment, collection and distribution of payments, and modification of existing child support orders.

Offers morning schedules with optional afternoon extended care, alongside daily scratch-prepared breakfast and lunch. Gives enrolled participants priority for elementary school enrollment.

Serves current and former foster youth age 15-24 in making a healthy transition to adulthood. Programs include counseling, skill-building, a drop-in center and subsidized supportive housing.

TAY programs include:

- The Independent Living Program (ILP) serves current and former foster and probation placement youth age 15-21. Assists youth to develop independent living skills to successfully transition to self-sufficiency and includes services such as one-on-one counseling, assistance in obtaining ID cards, driving permits and licenses and workshops on topics that assist youth in achieving personal, education and vocational goals.

- The Transitional Housing Program is a supportive housing program for former non-minor dependents and foster youth between the ages 18-24. Supports with financial assistance, educational expenses, emotional support, life skills coaching, and referral to community resources to help them achieve the financial stability.

Provides financial assistance for eligible residents to purchase healthy and nutritious foods. Benefits are issued monthly on an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card. The card is used as a debit card to purchase food at participating retailers. Emergency CalFresh may be available within three days in certain circumstances. Please ask representative about qualifications for Emergency CalFresh.

Provides workplace mediation and dispute resolution services for coworkers and organizations facing conflict. Promotes respectful communication and cooperative problem-solving to resolve workplace disputes.

Provides life skills workshops, youth support groups, homework assistance, and one-on-one mentoring for children and youth. Offers education and guidance on healthy relationships, domestic and teen dating violence prevention, gender identity, and body image. Supplies food assistance bags for enrolled program participants.

Offers in-person and virtual appointments, with school or community-based services available as needed.

Provides short-term, supportive, and substance-free residential housing for individuals actively participating in outpatient recovery programs. Offers a structured environment focused on personal accountability, healing, and long-term recovery support.

Provides supportive transitional housing, rental assistance, and independent living skills coaching for young adults. Assists participants with securing independent housing in the community while setting personal goals. Offers financial aid for utilities, food, and educational expenses, along with emotional support, case management, and community resource connections.

Provides comprehensive case management, community resource navigation, and information and referrals for individuals experiencing homelessness. Offers health screenings, HIV testing, substance use disorder counseling, and health education services. Supplies basic needs assistance, including hygiene products and pet food.

Facilitates ongoing advocacy alongside judges, attorneys, and social workers to support child welfare until case resolution.

Provides temporary cash assistance for low-income families with children. Also offers employment services and support services to help recipients become self-sufficient. Recipients are automatically eligible for Medi-Cal and may qualify for CalFresh benefits.

Provides 43 low-income housing units with various layouts for individuals and families. Offers efficiency, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom or larger layouts.
