FAMILY BASED COUNSELING, SUPPORT, CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES - ENCOMPASS FAMILIES TOGETHER
Provides home-visiting counseling, parenting education, and case management to assist families with developing individualized service plans. Delivers support regarding child development, parent-child attachment, and general wellness. Connects participants to community resources, including substance use counseling, interpersonal violence services, and early education support.
ENHANCED CARE MANAGEMENT SERVICES - ENCOMPASS LINKS2HEALTH
Provides comprehensive wraparound care and intensive care management to assist community members with meeting essential life needs and improving health outcomes. Connects individuals to housing navigation, housing retention, and sustaining support services. Offers assistance with establishing primary care medical homes, arranging medical transportation, and accessing community resources.
CRISIS INTERVENTION PROGRAM
Provides individual crisis counseling, safety planning, and emergency response for crime victims and survivors. Offers information and referrals regarding domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking resources. Administers victim accompaniment services during forensic medical evidence examinations.

Provides a weekly drive-thru food pantry that provides one dry bag of goods, a bag of fresh produce, bread and a protein source.

COUNSELING AND PREVENTION SERVICES
Provides counseling, mental health services, substance use prevention and intervention, and conflict resolution for youth and families. Offers youth leadership development and family support services. Partners with law enforcement, probation, and local schools to deliver gang prevention curricula, student intervention, and parent education.
ADULT PROTECTIVE SERVICES (APS)
Provides 24/7 hotline to report elder or dependent adult abuse. Receives and investigates reports of abuse or neglect related to seniors (age 60 and older) or dependent adults (age 18-59 including self-neglect. Based on assessment, staff develop a plan to protect the rights, interests, safety, and welfare of client.
Provides safety and protection for adults who are experiencing or are at risk of:
- Physical injury
- Sexual abuse
- Poor nutrition
- Dehydration
- Untreated medical conditions
- Misuse of medicines
- Abandonment or general neglect

Provides community-based outreach, engagement, and peer support to connect individuals with substance use disorder recovery and treatment resources. Offers Enhanced Care Management (ECM) screening, resource navigation, and referrals to community services and specialized treatment programs. Supplies harm reduction materials, such as Narcan, and basic needs assistance.
EMPLOYMENT & VOCATIONAL SERVICES
Provides transitional employment, job training, and supportive services within a community-supported organic garden and related agricultural enterprises. Offers an on-the-job training program for up to 1 year. Operates a seasonal lecture series and a retail store featuring farm products.
LIBRARY SERVICES
Provides public access to informational resources, physical and digital collections, and technology services to support literacy and lifelong learning. Offers academic, career, and community resource navigation support. Administers diverse educational and cultural programs for youths and adults.
SCC SHERIFF VICTIM/SURVIVOR OF CRIME SERVICES
Provides information regarding law enforcement investigations, police services, and criminal justice processes for crime victims and survivors. Assists participants with understanding legal proceedings and filing police reports.
MONTEREY BAY HORSEMANSHIP AND THERAPEUTIC CENTER
Monterey Bay Horsemanship and Therapeutic Center serves many participants with special needs every day. We offer horseback riding lessons, summer camp programs for children, programs for Autistic children and young adults and offer services for children with other special needs.
VICTIM/SURVIVOR OF CRIME, LEGAL IMMIGRATION, AND CITIZENSHIP SERVICES
Provides comprehensive legal and immigration assistance for crime victims and survivors. Offers specialized support with preparing victim impact statements and securing U-Visas.
RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Provides financial assistance for past-due rent payments to help individuals maintain housing stability. Services are subject to funding availability.

YOUTH HOMELESS RESPONSE TEAM
Identifies and connects unaccompanied youth and young adults ages 15-24 who are unhoused or at risk of homelessness to individualized community services. Provides case management, tailored support planning to achieve housing, education, and employment goals.
