Provides a school-based gardening program that integrates nutrition and natural science into hands-on agricultural activities. Offers garden-based science education, plant propagation, composting instruction, school meal harvesting, and garden crafting. Kindergarten through 4th grade students receive 50-minute classes every week. Preschoolers also have regular visits from our garden teacher.

Administers traffic safety programs, bicycle traffic schools, child passenger safety certifications, tobacco education coalitions, and the Medical Marijuana Identification Card (MMIC) program.

• Medically Tailored Meals - Provides no cost home delivered fresh food boxes to help support and manage the member's chronic health conditions.

Provides diabetes education, nutrition education, and wellness classes for individuals living with diabetes, prediabetes, or other health conditions. Delivers health management resources and support to help participants build self-care skills, improve quality of life, and reduce the risk of medical complications.
