EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION CENTER
Provides early childhood care, education, and development enrichment for infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children. Offers parenting education, child development support, and curriculum focused on self-care and self-regulation to strengthen family resilience. Connects families to community resources, behavioral health care, and social service assistance programs through direct navigation and referrals.
WAFWC VICTIM/SURVIVOR OF CRIME SERVICES
Provides advocacy, case management, systems navigation, mental health services, basic needs support, and mutual support groups for crime victims and survivors. Offers legal and immigration assistance, including court accompaniment, restraining order guidance, victim impact statement preparation, and U-Visa support. Administers restorative justice processes, supportive transportation, credit re-establishment, financial literacy, and community education workshops.
YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING SERVICES
Provides individualized behavioral health services, including individual therapy, family therapy, and skill-building rehabilitation for children, adolescents, and young adults ages 3-20. Partners with families to support coping skills, self-confidence, positive relationships, and daily functioning. Offers in-person and virtual appointments, with school or community-based services available as needed.

Provides 24/7 hotline to report elder or dependent adult abuse. Based on assessment, staff develop a plan to protect the rights, interests, safety, and welfare of client.

- Sexual abuse
- Poor nutrition
- Dehydration
- Untreated medical conditions
- Misuse of medicines
- Abandonment or general neglect

Provides housing assistance, homelessness prevention, and personalized case management for veterans. Assists participants with navigating benefits and establishing tailored support plans to address housing, employment, and mental health challenges.
